I had a LiveJournal as far back as early 2001.  Miscellaneous updates about minutiae in my life at the time weren’t even interesting enough for me to write regularly.  Flashing forward to the present, I’ve found myself frequently searching the Internet to see if certain points have been made on a wide variety of topics, but no one ever seems to bring up some of the angles I seek.  JA, VB, and CW can certainly testify I frequently discuss a wide variety of topics, quite possibly ad nauseum.  It’s a hit and miss thing.  Sometimes I come up with something utterly fascinating and informative, and my friends are genuinely quite appreciative I brought it up.  Other times there’s something I think they’d like to hear about that turns out to be a total miss.  Perhaps, though, someone else will find it interesting.  For that reason, I suppose I’ll start posting most of my eclectic range of thoughts here.  Enjoy!
